STORE POLICY

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.  While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock.  Upon placing your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation.  However, if the item is currently not in stock, you will receive an email notification immediately to determine item availability or we will refund your payment.

Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Note:  Returns or Exchanges will be subject to approval for the following circumstances: 1) You received an incorrect or defective item(s), or you did not receive your specified order.  BBALL JUNKIES must be notified via email at info@bballjunkies.com within 7 business days of delivery date.

Payments
All payments are processed through PayPal.  You can easily pay using a PayPal account, or simply use any major credit card to pay through our checkout process under the PayPal screen.  You can also utilize PayPal’s Bill Me Later option.  It’s very easy.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged only to those orders shipped within the state of California.  Shipping is not taxed.

Multiple Product Orders
If you decide to make an additional order and wish to combine shipping, please contact us at info@bballjunkies.com immediately.  We’ll make every effort to combine orders and correct shipping charges.

Typographical Errors
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Product Display
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site.  However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurte.
