Contact Information

BBALL JUNKIES is run from Southern California and sells direct, only through this site. We are small and we answer our own mail, so there is one route in and it is the one below.

Write to us

The contact form is the fastest way to reach us and the one we watch. If you would rather send email, write to rob-one@bballjunkies.com — it arrives in the same place. We answer within 2 business days.

If your message is about an order, put the order number in the first line. It is the difference between an answer and a question back.

This is a mail box, not a shop. It is published because you are entitled to know where the business receives mail, and it is where written correspondence should go. There is no counter, no stock, and nobody there to meet — please do not come by.

Do not mail a return here before we have asked you to. Returns are arranged one at a time under the refund policy, and the reply you get will say where to send the item. A parcel mailed here unannounced cannot be matched to an order.

What to write about, and where it is already answered

• An order — the contact form, with the order number. Shipping is answered by the shipping policy; damaged, defective, or incorrect goods by the refund policy.
• Team, school, and custom work — the contact form. Tell us the quantity, the deadline, and what you have in mind.
• Your personal information — the same route; the privacy policy sets out what we hold and what you can ask us to do with it.

When we answer

Monday through Friday, within 2 business days. We are closed on U.S. public holidays, and a message left over a weekend is answered on the next business day.
